What it does include is the flow range each water tends to fish best in and the gauge number to check it on, so you know what number to look up and what it means when you see it. The current reading itself comes from USGS, and the trip planner tells you when to check it.

No. Conditions change, hatches vary year to year, and no resource can promise fish. The Playbook is designed to help you plan and make decisions, not to guarantee an outcome.

Yes, always. Regulations, access and closures change. Check current Colorado Parks and Wildlife regulations for any water before you fish it. The Playbook gives you a regulations snapshot per water so you know what to look for, but CPW is the authority.
